Western Continental US Satellite Image (Water Vapor)

This is the most recent image of the western part of the continental US and the Pacific Ocean, taken by the GOES-9 satellite operated by the US National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This image was taken through an infrared filter tuned to highlight water vapor in the Earth's atmosphere. These GIF images are about 150-200K in size.
