Global Composite Satellite Image (Infrared)

This is a composite image synthesized from images from several weather satellites, showing world weather conditions in infrared light. Each satellite's image is slightly different from the others, resulting in the misalignment in the center of the image. This global composite image was created by the Space Science and Engineering Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This GIF image is about 100-120K in size.
